Questions or bugs? Email xenificity@icloud.com. I usually reply within a couple of days.

Change my numbers: Plan tab → “Edit inputs and regenerate”.

Where is my data? On your device only. Delete the app and it is gone. There is no account and nothing is uploaded.

Apple Health isn’t filling my log. Settings → “Fill my log from Health” must be on, and the Health app must allow Operation Fit to read Steps, Sleep, Weight and Workouts (Health → Sharing → Apps). Only empty fields are filled.

Reminders not arriving? Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Operation Fit. The post‑workout prompt learns your time after three logged sessions.

Goal Look isn’t offered. It needs Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro or newer on iOS 26) with the Image Playground model downloaded. On other devices you can add your own goal photo.

Coach write‑up button does nothing? The personal version uses Apple Intelligence on supported devices with iOS 26. Other devices get the standard assessment built from the same numbers.
