Effective October 7, 2026
Operation Fit does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. Everything you enter stays on your device.
Your intake answers (age, sex, height, weight, goal, schedule, diet notes, sleep), the plan generated from them, your daily logs, workout sets, and any progress photos you add. This is stored in the app’s private storage on your iPhone or iPad and is included in your normal device backups under your control. Deleting the app deletes it.
Progress photos are optional. They are copied into the app’s own storage and never uploaded. The app asks for photo‑library access only when you tap a photo slot, and for permission to save when you export a poster.
If you turn on “Fill my log from Health” in Settings, the app reads steps, sleep, body weight, dietary protein and water, and workouts (including Apple Watch workouts) from Apple Health to fill empty fields in your daily log, and can write your weigh‑ins and logged protein and water back to Health. Health data is used only on your device and is never transmitted. You can revoke access at any time in the Health app under Sharing → Apps.
Foods you log are stored on your device with a built‑in nutrition table. There is no food database server and no lookups leave the phone.
Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. The app learns your usual workout time from the sessions you log, on device, to time the post‑workout prompt. No notification data is sent anywhere.
On iPhones with Apple Intelligence, “Goal Look” creates an illustrated image of you at your target from your Day‑1 photo using Apple’s on‑device Image Playground model. The image is generated and stored only on your device and is clearly labelled as an AI illustration. It is a motivational illustration, not a medical or physical prediction.
On supported devices running iOS 26, the optional “personal version” of the coaching assessment is generated by Apple’s on‑device model. The text is produced on your device; the app has no server and sends nothing anywhere.
The app makes no network requests to any server of ours or of third parties. It has no analytics, no advertising SDKs, no third‑party code that collects data, and no accounts.
The app provides general fitness and nutrition estimates for informational purposes. It is not medical advice. Consult a physician before making significant changes to your diet or training.
The app is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
